Characteristics and Tasting Notes:

• Aroma (Nose): Complex aromas of ripe blackberries, blueberries, and cherries, enhanced by floral notes of violet and a subtle touch of white peach from the Viognier.

• Taste (Palate): A full-bodied wine with a silky texture, combining the boldness of Syrah’s dark fruits and spice with the softness of Viognier's stone fruit and floral elegance. Balanced acidity and velvety tannins lead to a long, harmonious finish with hints of cocoa and vanilla.

Origin:

• Terroir: Located in Mendoza's high-altitude vineyards, benefiting from optimal sun exposure and cool climate.

• Altitude: 1,100 meters above sea level, promoting natural acidity and vibrant fruit flavors.

• Location/Climate: Semi-arid climate with sunny days and cool nights, creating perfect ripening conditions.

• Soil Type: Alluvial soils with excellent drainage, comprised of a mix of sand, clay, and silt.

• Exposure to Sun: Ample sunlight ensures concentrated flavors and vibrant aromas.

Vinification:

• Harvest: Hand-picked at optimal ripeness to preserve the integrity of the fruit.

• Fermentation Process: Fermented in small batches, co-fermenting Syrah and Viognier to achieve a balanced expression. Aging takes place in French oak barrels for 12 months to enhance complexity and texture.

Ageing Potential: 5–8 years, allowing the wine to further develop its rich flavors and depth.

Serving Recommendations:

• Temperature: 16–18°C (60–64°F)

• Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with lamb, duck, or grilled vegetables. Complements dishes with smoky flavors or spicy sauces.
