Sierra Cantabria Organza epitomizes excellence in white wine, blending Viura (45%), Malvasía (25%), and Garnacha Blanca (30%) to create a harmonious and elegant expression. This white wine, aged for 11 months, stands as one of Rioja's finest, offering complexity and purity in every sip.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Explore a bouquet of complexity and intensity, with delicate aromas reminiscent of stone fruits, spring herbs, and subtle spicy notes.
  • Palate: Experience a refreshing and crisp palate, characterized by elegance and complexity, culminating in a pure and delicate finish.

Origin:

  • Village: San Vicente de la Sonsierra

Vinification:

  • Harvest: Handpicked from proprietary vineyards, cultivated with environmentally integrated viticulture practices that honor the terroir and natural rhythms of the plant.
  • Fermentation: Cold maceration for 12 hours, followed by fermentation in new French oak barrels from the Vosges area, using autochthonous yeast selected from the estate's vineyards. Aged for 11 months on its lees, with batonnage twice per week during the initial six months, enhancing its depth and complexity.

Ageing Potential: Unveil the wine's aging potential, allowing it to evolve gracefully over time.

Serving Temperature: Serve chilled at 8 - 10°C to fully appreciate its refreshing and elegant character.

Food Pairing:

Sierra Cantabria Organza pairs exquisitely with a variety of dishes, including seafood paella, grilled white fish, or creamy risottos, complementing their flavors with its purity and complexity.
