Nose: Delicately aromatic with hints of orange blossom, tangerine, yellow peach, minty herbs, may tea, and ginger.

Palate: Delicately fruity, almost smooth, offering a superbly long and refined finish with a bone-dry and straight aftertaste.

Soil Type: Devonian slate with rich ferruginous minerals, lending earthy notes to the flavor.

Vinification:

Harvest: Ripe and healthy grapes handpicked at the end of October 2021 from old vines.

Fermentation: Temperature-controlled in traditional old oak barrels (Fuder) with indigenous yeast.

Élevage: Bottled on July 13, 2022, after 6 hours of maceration.
